Returns & Refunds

Every WOM piece is made to order, one at a time. Even so, we want you to live with your piece and love it — and if that's not happening, here's how returns work.

Returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Pieces made to order in a custom color can't be returned, unless they arrive defective.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

To start a return, email support@womdesign.store with your order number. We'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to post it.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any point before it ships. After that, the return process above applies.

Damaged or defective pieces

Every piece is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Email us a photo and your order number, and we'll repair, replace, or refund — no return shipping cost to you.

One note: subtle surface variations from the layered printing process are part of each piece, not defects. No two are exactly alike.
