Shipping Policy

Every WOM piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — when you place your order, your piece is 3D-printed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, then assembled and finished by hand.

Production time

Because each piece is made for you, please allow 3 to 5 business days before your order ships. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Where we ship

For now, we ship within the United States. If you're somewhere else and would love a piece, write to us — we're growing slowly, on purpose, and we like knowing where the light is wanted.

Packaging

We avoid plastic wherever we can and use recyclable materials. Each box also carries a small card with a QR code — scan it after unboxing for care tips and a welcome from us.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, email support@womdesign.store with a photo of the piece and the packaging. We'll make it right — every piece is covered by our 1-year limited warranty.

Order changes

Need to change your address or cancel? You can do either before your order ships. After that, our return policy applies.
