Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of womdesign.store and any purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them plain — if anything is unclear, email support@womdesign.store.

Our products

Each piece is made to order: 3D-printed in the USA and assembled by hand with components sourced worldwide. Subtle surface variations from the layered printing process are characteristics of each piece, not defects. Lamps are for indoor use only, with LED bulbs up to 9W.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but if a price is displayed in error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. If that happens, we'll contact you and refund anything you've paid in full.

Orders

We may decline an order in cases of suspected fraud or errors in product or pricing information. Shipping, returns, and warranty are covered in their own policies on this site.

Our designs

All designs, product names, images, and content on this site belong to WOM. Please don't reproduce, copy, or sell them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the piece.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
